Remember: If you’re jump-starting directly from the Battery Box, it’s a last-resort option. To avoid battery damage, connect alligator clips to the flat battery first and let the voltage equalize for 5 minutes before attempting to start the vehicle. Jump-starting while connected to an AGM Battery could lead to battery destruction.
